Amazing First Single!!!!!
David Archuleta this song is such phenomenal!!!!!!!; that when I first listen to Crush I just knew it was a song I can have on my play list to listen and to never get tried of the song. All at the same time you recorded a song that I can enjoy. But, not just that I can enjoy but in my opinion Crush is a song that truly came from your heart. I can really understand your message you are trying to sing out and I can definitely relate.

You know, I am 44 yrs. young and I just love this kid! This song is fantastic and perfect for what's going to sell! I have been waiting, "patiently", for an opportunity to be able to hear him sing again and my daughter and I have been counting down the days to his tour and our concert date which was at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on July 31st. I have to tell you, it was such a great show that was put together and to see all of them, together again, was such an amazing feeling and I am really happy for them all, but, David Archuleta... "HE was the bomb, baby!!!" The crowd was going crazy and you couldn't even hear him talk after his songs it was so loud in there for him!!! I am so glad he took off like this and I feel this single is going to put him over the top! I just can't get enough of his beautiful, soulful and playful voice and am patiently awaiting, again, for his CD and his own tour to take flight. It and he will be truly, nothing short of, "AMAZING!' ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC David. I love this song. My favorite performance on Idol was You"re the Voice (I listen to the studio recording from I Tunes daily) but now this has become even more so-my favorite. At first the beginning of the song didn't really catch me, but the Chorus - wow. The whole song just came together after that. This is an age-appropriate song for David. And I can relate to it as well, as an 18 year old female. I think he'll go far and do well. David Cook's song is off the chain as well. David a's new song is perfect for him and he sings it perfectly. His beautiful and unique voice is such an inspiration, and touches my soul every time. I cried when I heard Crush Friday a.m. I saw him with the Idol Show in Newark the night before...the show was Great and he was fantastic!! He's already much more confident on stage and is maturing. I just adore David Archuleta he is so extremely talented I love his new single cant wait to hear his album I wnted to download it on I tunes but it is not there yet where can I buy this single or download it online. He is my american idol I love his talent even though I'm 48 years old I can tell talent when I hear it.

Hmmm.
I actually didn't like David when he was on American Idol, but this song really isn't that bad. I feel though that it has been done by other artists before. I have to admit that there is a catchy chorus but if they start playing this on the radio 5 times in one hour I'll seriously throw a fit. Its a nice song but I'm still not all that crazy about David. Nice work though.

David's not gasping, he's breathing. He became ill a few years and it left one of his vocal chords paralyzed..that's the reason for the wispyiness. It's also why his voice is so unique. There are hundreds of thousands of singers in this world who can't sing half as well as David with both their vocasl chords. Personally, I love that sound in his voice..it's very sensual.

It\'s ok for what it is
It's a cute song, but his voice is better than this song shows. I enjoyed him on Idol, singing "real" songs, a lot more than this. Still, I think kids will like it, and it's harmless, so parents will like it, too.

Simply great! Thanks to Elvis Duran for the launching of David's first single. If I remember right, Simon once mentioned that David is still too young to be the winner of American Idol... We don't support the singer because of his/her age...we support the singer because of the talent which David has. He is adorable. His voice is very distinctive...you will know that he is the one singing even without any introduction. Many are eagerly awaiting for the release of his CD. Watching his initial reaction when his single was being played is something worth remembering...cherishing the moment....seeing the happiness he was feeling...CONGRATULATIONS, David! Thanks for for being so great to David. He is an amazing person and deserves our support. Loved the song. The only negative is when you hear the amazing stuff he is doing in the end of the song in the background I just wish that had been incorporated in the song a little more. His vocals are so amazing and heart felt that he doesn't need too much engineering he just needs to have them let him fly. Love him.

You know, I am 44 yrs. young and I just love this kid! This song is fantastic and perfect for what's going to sell! I have been waiting, "patiently", for an opportunity to be able to hear him sing again and my daughter and I have been counting down the days to his tour and our concert date which was at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on July 31st. I have to tell you, it was such a great show that was put together and to see all of them, together again, was such an amazing feeling and I am really happy for them all, but, David Archuleta... "HE was the bomb, baby!!!" The crowd was going crazy and you couldn't even hear him talk after his songs it was so loud in there for him!!! I am so glad he took off like this and I feel this single is going to put him over the top! I just can't get enough of his beautiful, soulful and playful voice and am patiently awaiting, again, for his CD and his own tour to take flight. It and he will be truly, nothing short of, "AMAZING!' I wish you great success and many blessings for you, your career and your wonderful family!

I also want to say when I met you before the concert, that I spoke of earlier in this comment, you are such an even keeled and down to earth guy. You were so kind to my daughter, who has created your, now, biggest fan site "ARCHULETA AFTERMATH" to help promote you out to the world and keep you so alive. She, Myriah, is one of your truest supporters, and she hoped you liked the CD she made for you when I presented it to you in Newark, NJ on 7/30/08, wrapped in purple paper with a long white bow tied around it, before the show. Just don't ever change and become what "they" (the industry)want you to be. We all fell in love with you before this all happened because of who you are and your tender, spirited voice! I loved the song. David has more talent in his little finger than most Idols have in their whole body. I am 56 and enjoy him each time I hear him sing. I think he will be famous one day if he remains on the entertainment pathway. Good luck David! I will always be your fan.

At first the beginning of the song didn't really catch me, but the Chorus - wow. The whole song just came together after that. This is an age-appropriate song for David. And I can relate to it as well, as an 18 year old female. I think he'll go far and do well. David Cook's song is off the chain as well. Let's see the hype around this young talented artist now that the debut song has been released! =D A really good song choice I think. Good luck David.

I feel though that it has been done by other artists before. I have to admit that there is a catchy chorus but if they start playing this on the radio 5 times in one hour I'll seriously throw a fit.
